The two cranes on the redevelopment site have officially been named Saso and Giganto by two local children. Over 150 entries were received in the Roberts Pizzarotti 'Name the Crane' competition.
Colonel Professor Robert Lusby AM delivered the Remembrance Day address in front of over 200 guests. “The great tragedy of war is its impact on those who serve and their families – a situation that has not changed,” Professor Lusby said. “Our initiative at Concord Hospital with the National Centre for Veterans’ Healthcare (NCVH) is an attempt to help the some 60,000 service personnel who are currently in our community.”
